Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Make outgoing calls to potential customers. Promoting products or services, answer questions etc.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with prospective customers for further discussions with sales teams.
  • Customer Feedback & Information Gathering: Collect feedback on products or services & address any concerns.
  • Database Management: Update CRM system, noting customer interactions, lead status.

Candidate profile

  • Requirement open to Lebanese female candidates only
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/ customer service role.
  • Must be fluent in English communication
  • Duty Hours 9am – 5 pm
