Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Make outgoing calls to potential customers. Promoting products or services, answer questions etc.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with prospective customers for further discussions with sales teams.
Customer Feedback & Information Gathering: Collect feedback on products or services & address any concerns.
Database Management: Update CRM system, noting customer interactions, lead status.

Candidate profile

Requirement open to Lebanese female candidates only
Strong communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/ customer service role.
Must be fluent in English communication
Duty Hours 9am – 5 pm
