Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders.
- Operating mechanical and IT systems.
- Operating machinery, such as forklifts and pickers, and ensuring it is in working order.
- Liaising with transport companies, suppliers, and clients.
- Supervising use of specialized storage.
- Training, supervising and appraising staff.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records.
- Devising and monitoring rotes for staff.
- Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
- Managing budgets.
- Administering stock control.
- Keeping health and safety records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Investigating accidents and troubleshooting problems.
- Distribute raw material and packing materials to the production as per requisitions
- Maintain proper records for receiving, tracking, and storing materials
- Conduct physical inventory checks and ensure alignment with monthly inventory book reports
- Ensure stock management follows the Ledger and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles
- Manage all store-related operational issues, including software systems (ERP) for stocktaking, and control
- Monitor non-moving stock and report to relevant authorities promptly
- Maintain proper budget planning for reordering the raw materials and packing materials
- Maintain proper stock level reports to send for production requisition
Candidate Profile:
- Requirement open for Arab nationals
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Experience of 3-5 years in the relevant field
