Report To: Head of Digital Transformation and Innovation
Key Responsibilities
- Identify problems and opportunities through regular interactions and business unit leaders.
- Assess feasibility of implementing technology to solve problems and capitalize on opportunities.
- Stay up-to date with disruptive technology as it relates to innovations in the digital banking industry.
- Bank Strategy: Align divisional activities with digital strategy and business plan.
- Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance of divisional activities with corporate governance and regulatory and legal frameworks.
- Risk Management: Identify, manage, mitigate, and report potential risk in divisional activities.
- People Management and Organizational Development: develop, motivate, and coach people in line with succession and career planning requirements towards optimizing structures.
Candidate Profile
- Requirement open for Kuwaiti nationals only.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in digital transformation.
- Must have robust experience planning, developing and executing complex digital enablement projects both from business and technology perspectives.
- Knowledge in digital technology enablement projects & overall digital strategy.
