Key Responsibilities
- The Operation Manager shall possess managerial skills and technical qualifications and demonstrate the judgment, initiative, and motivation essential to maintaining operational control of the communications network and facilities.
- Primary duty shall be to manage a group of twenty or more technicians and engineers.
- The person shall be capable of assisting the KMOD (J6) in evaluating new technology and/or equipment upgrades and in developing future communication requirements.
- The Operation Manger Minimum BS Engineering in work related field of study from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in the Telecommunications field.
- The Operation Manager shall have a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in management, installation, test, and maintenance activities of communications systems and equipment
- He must have five (5) years direct supervisory experience.
- Experience in Capital planning, budgeting and conformance
- Ability to work effectively within a cross functional and team-based environment.
- Experience in the end-to-end process of project planning, requirements management, risk management, documentation, design processes, test processes, and manufacturing
Candidate Profile:
- Requirement open to all Nationals
- Minimum BS Engineering in work related field of study from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 10 Years Experience in Telecommunication Field and 7 years experience in Management, Installation, test, maintenance activities of communication systems and equipment.
