Reports To: Sales & Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Establish department strategy plan and objective and pursue them through planning, analyzing, controlling and measuring performance.
  • Positioning in used cars market by understanding local market and customer behavior.
  • Monitoring and maintain a defined stock ageing agreed with management.
  • Ensure that the BPS program has been implemented and the sales team has been trained on the same.
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budget.
  • Set standards, procedures, policies and guidelines related to department operation.
  • Provide necessary resources, where required, to achieve targets and enhance sales results.
  • Forecast controllable expense items for new vehicles.
  • Keep showroom image up to acceptable standard.
  • Comprehend, keep current and comply with laws that affect the new vehicle sales.
  • Guide in the development of advertising campaign and other promotions, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Periodically prepare sales progress reports and submit to management for review.
  • Ensure follow up to all companies as well as manufactures policies, directives and procedures.
  • Ensure staff compliance with required safety and security regulations
  • Guide sales people in closing deals, when necessary.
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals with all employees directly reporting to this position.
  • Record and report sales performance on an individual & team basis.
  • Provide expertise to UC Evaluator while evaluation of cars

 

 Candidate Profile:

  • Requirement Open for All-Arab nationals
  • Should be an Advanced Excel User
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in the relevant field
  • Ability to Interpret Financial Statements
