 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed dealership or company targets.
  • Manage and mentor the motorcycle sales team, providing training and performance evaluations.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure a premium buying experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and events.
  • Oversee showroom operations, ensuring motorcycles are displayed and marketed effectively.
  • Negotiate deals with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Coordinate with aftersales/service departments to enhance customer loyalty.

Candidate Profile: 

  • Requirement open for all nationalities
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Automotive Industry (Motorcycles)
  • Should have good communications skills
