 Key Responsibilities:Â
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed dealership or company targets.
- Manage and mentor the motorcycle sales team, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a premium buying experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and events.
- Oversee showroom operations, ensuring motorcycles are displayed and marketed effectively.
- Negotiate deals with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Coordinate with aftersales/service departments to enhance customer loyalty.

- Requirement open for all nationalities
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Automotive Industry (Motorcycles)
- Should have good communications skills
