Location : Kuwait

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the marine equipment showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, product availability, efficient inventory control, and smooth coordination between sales, suppliers, warehouse, and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage showroom operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Oversee sales support, product presentation, and showroom standards.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, spare parts, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor stock availability, deliveries, and after-sales coordination.
  • Ensure operational procedures are implemented effectively.

Candidate Profile

·         Open to all Bilingual, Arab Candidates

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marine, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marine equipment, showroom, retail, or technical sales operations.
  • Good knowledge of marine equipment and accessories.
  • Strong communication, leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and preferably ERP/inventory systems.
