Job Description
Reports to: Executive Management
Job Objective:
Providing administrative and organizational support to the management, and ensuring the efficient and professional flow of daily office operations, while managing correspondence and internal and external coordination in a manner that reflects a distinguished professional image of the Group.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Organizing and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (in Arabic and English)
• Coordinating appointments and meetings and preparing agendas and meeting minutes
• Receiving phone calls, responding to them, and professionally transferring them to the concerned parties
• Preparing reports and official correspondence, and typing and reviewing documents
• Maintaining and archiving paper and electronic files in an organized and confidential manner
• Following up on administrative transactions and coordinating with various departments
• Supporting management in daily office work and other organizational tasks as assigned
Candidate Profile:
• Requirement Open for Female Arab Nationals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related university discipline
• Full proficiency in the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking
• Previous practical experience in secretarial or administrative work (preferred)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word – Excel – PowerPoint) and CRM systems
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving with innovative approaches
Working Hours:
• Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Except Tuesday: until 6:00 p.m.
