Job Summary:
Plan, organize, and execute company’s participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to maximize brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales for the product line.
Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and evaluate exhibition and trade show opportunities across GCC markets
 Plan and coordinate company’s participation in exhibitions and events
 Manage exhibition budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics
 Design exhibition booth concepts in collaboration with design team
 Coordinate booth setup, product displays, and promotional materials
 Recruit, train, and supervise promoters and booth staff for events
 Develop engagement strategies and promotional activities for exhibitions
 Manage on-site operations during exhibitions and events
 Coordinate product inventory and promotional materials for events
 Engage with B2B clients, distributors, and potential retail partners
 Collect leads and customer data during exhibitions
 Analyse exhibition ROI and prepare post-event reports
 Build relationships with event organizers and industry contacts
 Ensure compliance with exhibition regulations and requirements
 Coordinate with marketing team on pre-event and post-event campaigns
Candidate Profile:
 Requirement open for bilingual male Candidates
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field
 Strong project management and organizational skills
 4+ years of experience in exhibition management or event coordination
 Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office
 Proven track record managing successful trade shows and exhibitions
 Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry preferred
 Familiarity with GCC exhibition venues and event industry
 Proficiency
