Job Description
Department: Administration & Human Capital
Reports to: General Manager.
Job Objective:
Managing and executing all human resources functions and procedures efficiently and professionally, in a manner that ensures the attraction of qualified talent, the organization of employee affairs, the development of the work environment, and compliance with internal regulations and labor law, thereby supporting the achievement of the Group’s objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implementing onboarding programs for new employees (Orientation) and following up on their integration into the work environment
• Preparing and executing monthly and annual employee evaluations and submitting reports to management
• Managing payroll, allowances, and deductions in coordination with the Finance Department.
• Supervising recruitment procedures, interviews, and employment contracts
• Following up on manpower files, residency permits, and their renewals in accordance with applicable laws
• Managing attendance, leave, and official working hours systems
• Creating, developing, and updating employees’ paper and electronic files
• Applying and adhering to human resources policies and procedures
• Handling daily employee affairs and providing the necessary administrative support
• Preparing periodic human resources reports and submitting them to management
• Performing any other human resources–related duties as assigned
Candidate Profile:
• Requirement open for Female Arab Nationals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related university discipline
• Full fluency in the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking
• Previous practical experience in the field of human resources (preferred)
Working Hours
Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Except Tuesdays: until 6:00 PM
