 Job Summary: To provide specialized legal advice related to the company’s international operations, ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws and regulations, and mitigate legal risks associated with cross-border contracts, transactions, and partnerships, thereby supporting the company’s strategic objectives in international markets.
 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to senior management and various departments on international legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts and agreements (partnership, distribution, supply, service, investment agreements, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in jurisdictions where the company operates.
- Manage international disputes and coordinate with external law firms.
- Identify legal risks and provide practical recommendations to mitigate them.
- Monitor international legal and regulatory developments affecting the company.
- Contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures with international scope.
- Represent the company before official authorities when required.
- Lead and manage the preparation and submission of ranking and award applications to international legal directories such as Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, including internal coordination for data collection and client references.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Master’s Degree (LLM) in International Law or International Commercial Law is preferred.
- Professional certifications in International Arbitration or Compliance are an advantage
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant legal experience.
- Proven experience in international contracts and regulatory matters.
- Previous experience in multinational corporations or international law firms is an advantage.
- Experience in international dispute resolution and arbitration.
