 Job Summary
 We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support in a fast-paced automotive company.
 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and government entities.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and office records.
- Supervise office staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Organize meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and office logistics.
- Monitor office supplies, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance.
- Prepare reports and support management with administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure efficient office procedures.
 Candidate Profile:
- Requirement open to Bilingual Arab Male Candidates only
- Bachelor’s Degree is a must
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office administration or office management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Prior experience in reporting to business head/owner would be an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
