Job Summary: As the Chief Executive Officer of an established online trading platform company, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall strategy, growth, operations of the company. This position requires a combination of strong leadership, industry expertise, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the regulatory environment in which the business operates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Leadership:

 

  • Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term business goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team and employees, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.

 Business Development and Growth: 

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company’s client base and revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients, regulators, and industry organizations.
  • Develops, maintains and enhances relationships with Institutional partners’ affiliates and IB’s, ensuring excellent standard of service.
  • Drive marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.

Operational Management: 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and compliant functioning of all departments, including trading, risk management, compliance, finance, and customer support.
  • Implement effective policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain operational efficiency and mitigate risks by conferring with board and management members, and staff members as necessary.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring high-quality services and satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage the company’s financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and take appropriate actions to achieve profitability targets.
  • Develops, maintains and enhances relationships with Institutional partners’ affiliates and IB’s, ensuring excellent standards of service.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with financial partners, including banks, liquidity providers, and payment processors.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure the company’s compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements governing CFDs and financial services.
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies to ensure the company complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that adequate measures are applied, and systems are in place for compliance with the prevention of money laundering and financing terrorism (AML/CFT).
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and proactively adjust business practices and policies accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization and implement effective risk management practices.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction.

 

Candidate Profile: 

  • Proven experience as a CEO, managing a financial services company or a brokerage firm, with at least 15 years cumulative experience, with at least 5 years as CEO in a similar role
  • Bachelors of Commerce Graduate Degree, MBA holder will have an added advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of CFDs, financial markets, trading platforms, and related technologies.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic industry, staying ahead of market trends and developments.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance within the financial services industry.
  • Bilingual: Native level proficiency in Turkish and English
