Department Function: Cluster Management, Sales, and Business Development

Job Summary: The CEO shall be responsible for managing all the sales revenue generation related operations within Kuwait. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets. The role focuses to increase transactions/revenues, active customers, active agents & active merchants through managing and maintaining a motivated sales force.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the Group CEO and CFO to develop the financial and sales strategy.
  2. Establish the presence of the Cluster with the local payments market.
  3. Define and implement the growth strategy for the cluster for the Kuwait market.
  4. Manage the P&L of the cluster country operations, including steering the development of revenue.
  5. Acquire, manage, and grow our direct brand portfolio.
  6. Achieve targets in terms of revenue, active customers, and active merchants.
  7. Lead, inspire and motivate the sales force for flawless plan execution to deliver KPIs.
  8. Develop and deploy a solid service distribution to provide an excellent experience for our customers.
  9. Develop and deploy the right acquisition strategy across the region to increase active customers on the cluster platform.
  10. Develop the right goals and trade incentive schemes to motivate the sales force to deliver set KPIs.

 

Operational Responsibilities: 

  1. Research organizations and potential clients to establish rapport and find new business opportunities.
  2. Meet on a regular basis with key account holders to identify revenue streams and potential future business opportunities.
  3. Lead the teams to deploy consistent market activations to increase customers and drive increased awareness.
  4. Deploy the right number of field force to drive customer acquisition, education, and awareness.

 

People Responsibilities: 

  1. Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and provide mentoring and training.
  2. Build a competent team to grow the business further.

Candidate Profile: 

  1. Requirement opens to Arab Nationals
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above, with specialized certifications
  3. Minimum 5 years managerial experience
  4. Experience in the Financial Services or payments Industry
  5.  Responsible for managing all the sales revenue generated related operations within Kuwait
