Reporting to: General Manager in Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and logistics
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and local authorities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Prepare and present reports to senior management
Candidate Profile:
- Requirement Open for Arab Bilingual Candidates
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in related field
- Experience in the F&B sector is a must
- Ability to build up the team
