Reporting To: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the sales teams to ensure all administration paperwork is produced in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepares car invoices and ensures accurate invoicing of all sold vehicles including delivery and posting costs
- Checks and maintains reports including sold vehicles, vehicle stock, demo stock and means of payment/sale.
- Maintains and updates customer files with all requisite details like customer documents, vehicle details, invoice copies etc.
- Collects and submits paper works for vehicle license transfer to new customer.
- Orders and checks progress of the new vehicles by liaising with all related departments.
- Ensures all accessories requested by the customer are fitted and costing done to the vehicle prior to delivery and final invoicing
- Ensures that invoicing of sold vehicles in preparation for delivery are as per the expected/ established profit margins.
- Coordinate communication of customer-related issues to Sales Manager and the Sales Director, to ensure seamless flow of information.
- Facilitates in documentation for Brand audits and compliance to Retail Standards and Corporate Identity
Candidate Profile:
- Required Bachelors’ or Master’s Degree in related field
- Bilingual Arabic & English
- Experience in sales is an added advantage
- Requirement open for Male candidates
- Should have knowledge in Excel
- Should be able to work in two shifts as per showroom timings
