 Location: Sharjah (Saif Zone) , UAEÂ
Job Summary
The role involves ensuring smooth machine operation, maintain quality standards, and meeting production targets.
The operator will handle tasks such as setting up machines, feeding raw materials, monitoring the production process, and making necessary adjustments to ensure proper bag formation, printing alignment, and finishing. He will also be responsible for inspecting finished products for defects, minimizing waste, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
 Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machines for bag manufacturing and printing
- Feed raw materials into machines and ensure continuous production flow
- Monitor machine performance and production processes
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure proper bag formation, printing alignment, and finishing quality
- Inspect finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance when required
- Minimize material waste and optimize production efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company policies
 Candidate Profile:Â
- 3–4 years of experience as a Machine Operator (preferably in printing or bag production)
- Requirement open for Indian nationals
- Diploma in Printing or related certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
