 Job Summary

 We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support in a fast-paced automotive company.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and government entities.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and office records.
  • Supervise office staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Organize meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and office logistics.
  • Monitor office supplies, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance.
  • Prepare reports and support management with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure efficient office procedures.

 Candidate Profile:

  • Requirement open to Bilingual Arab Male Candidates only
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office administration or office management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Prior experience in reporting to business head/owner would be an advantage
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
