Job Summary
The Oracle EBS Technical Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, extending, integrating, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite applications. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher/BI Publisher, interfaces, concurrent programs, Fast Formula, and Oracle HRMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and extend Oracle EBS OAF pages and applications.
- Perform OAF personalization, customization, controller extensions, VO substitution, and page extensions.
- Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, triggers, views, and SQL queries.
- Develop XML Publisher / BI Publisher reports and integrate reports with OAF applications.
- Design and develop Oracle Workflow approval processes and FYI notifications.
- Develop and maintain concurrent programs, including Java concurrent programs.
- Develop inbound and outbound interfaces using Oracle APIs, SQL Loader, PL/SQL, and other integration mechanisms.
- Work on Oracle HRMS, including Core HR, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, iRecruitment, OLM, and Absence Management.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Fast Formula for HR/absence-related business requirements.
- Develop Oracle Alerts for business-event notifications.
- Customize and extend Oracle Self-Service applications.
- Develop technical solutions based on business requirements and system/process analysis.
- Prepare technical documentation such as MD70, MD120, test cases, and migration scripts.

Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of Oracle EBS technical development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in OAF and PL/SQL.
- Experience working on Oracle EBS R11/R12.
- Experience with Oracle HRMS and related modules.
- Experience in Oracle EBS customization, extensions, interfaces, reports, and workflows.
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex technical issues.
- Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades, migrations, and deployment activities.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
